Associate Director, Ominchannel Experience Technology Product Lead

Gilead Sciences is seeking an Associate Director, Omnichannel Experience Technology Product Lead to manage their digital engagement platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and OneTrust. This role involves owning the technology roadmap, leading a team of email developers, and driving omnichannel strategy to enhance how Medical Affairs engages with healthcare professionals through digital channels.

• Own and evolve the technology roadmap for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), OneTrust, and connected digital engagement platforms
• Maintain and evolve the SFMC email template design system
• Define and evolve omnichannel orchestration journeys
• Manage a team of email developers responsible for email template creation, journey builds, campaign deployment, and quality assurance
• Partner with IT to connect digital engagement platforms with Veeva CRM, web properties, and field tools
• Drive platform performance monitoring, deliverability optimization, and data hygiene
