Senior Project/Program Manager

Lead and manage enterprise-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful implementation. This role involves risk assessment, resource negotiation, cross-functional team coordination, and process improvement initiatives. You will also be responsible for budget tracking and project performance evaluation.

• Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of projects
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve project issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement projects
• Assess project risks and develop mitigation plans
• Oversee projects to ensure resource allocation, milestones, and successful implementation
• Lead and coordinate matrix and/or cross-functional teams
