Vanguard is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive the execution of a multi-year transformation program focused on modernizing retirement plan experiences. You will manage technology projects and coordinate delivery across multiple internal teams, business partners, and external vendors, ensuring successful outcomes in a complex program environment. This role requires strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills to support application modernization and cloud migration efforts.

What we are looking for

Manage technology projects and workstreams within a large-scale modernization program
Coordinate delivery across internal teams, business partners, and external vendors
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership
Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues
Experience with application modernization, legacy technology transformation, or cloud migration is preferred
Minimum five years of related work experience, with two years of project management preferred
