Product Director

Atlas Air Worldwide is seeking a Product Director to define and execute product strategy and roadmaps that align with customer needs and business objectives. This role involves integrating, motivating, and building relationships with stakeholders, customers, and team members throughout the product lifecycle. The Product Director will be accountable for product success metrics, financial management, and fostering an engineering culture.

• Develop and implement product strategy and roadmap
• Prioritize backlog based on business value
• Ensure secure, reliable, and performant products
• Define and manage product success metrics
• Manage senior stakeholders, including customers and vendors
• Manage a P&L if required
