As a Product Analyst II on our Digital Transformation team, you will drive our digital strategy by translating business needs into practical technology solutions. You will act as a key liaison between business and IT teams, focusing on process improvement, data integrity, and AI-enabled advancements within clinical research. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to experiment rapidly and deliver measurable business outcomes in the fight against cancer.

What we are looking for

Partner with business and IT to define requirements and lead initiatives from discovery to pilot delivery
Identify and develop AI and automation opportunities, including prototyping and testing solutions
Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and specifications
Ensure solutions align with data, integration, and responsible AI requirements
Support change management, user adoption, and the development of reusable digital/AI solutions
3-5+ years of product or business analysis experience in digital transformation within healthcare or life sciences
