Product Manager - Tech Delivery

Bank of America is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, modernization, and delivery of enterprise middleware and application runtime products. This role involves defining product vision, advancing self-service platform capabilities, and partnering across teams to achieve measurable outcomes. You will own the platform's roadmap, adoption, and lifecycle, transforming existing products into secure, automated, API-consumable services.

• Define product vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for middleware and runtime platforms
• Modernize existing products, reduce technical debt, and establish upgrade paths
• Drive Middleware as a Service and Runtime as a Service capabilities
• Create an AWS-like consumption experience with self-service workflows
• Partner with architecture and engineering on reusable blueprints and patterns
• Own platform adoption, onboarding, documentation, and developer enablement
