Sr. Product Manager, Marketing Systems

Total Wine & More is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead strategic Marketing Technology initiatives. This role focuses on defining product strategy, prioritizing investments, and delivering solutions for marketing, loyalty, personalization, and customer service platforms to drive customer engagement and business growth.

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for Marketing Technology solutions
• Lead initiatives across Marketing, Loyalty, Email Campaigns, Customer Service, Personalization, and Promotions
• Translate business objectives and user needs into actionable product requirements
• Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize investments
• Drive development of omni-channel customer experiences
• Manage full product lifecycle from discovery to continuous improvement
