Associate Product Manager, Data

Collective Health is seeking an Associate Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of core data products for their TPA operations. You will collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to build scalable data pipelines and reporting systems, serving as the product voice for data consumers.

• Own roadmap for data product domains like claims reporting and eligibility
• Lead discovery with stakeholders to define data product requirements
• Translate business needs into data product requirements and user stories
• Drive Agile ceremonies and manage backlog for data teams
• Define and track product metrics for data quality and adoption
• Conduct data exploration using SQL and BI tools
