Project Manager

Manage the planning, design, development, and construction of assigned projects, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful execution. This role involves coordinating project activities from initiation to closeout, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and providing regular updates to leadership and clients.

• Manage projects through all phases: planning, design, construction, closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Coordinate activities among clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Identify and escalate project risks and issues
• Track project progress and ensure deliverables meet commitments
• Prepare and distribute project meeting minutes
