Senior Analyst Program Management

JLL is seeking a Senior Analyst Program Manager to manage the end-to-end public sector pursuit workflow, including identifying, distributing, and tracking opportunities. This role supports the UK Public Sector growth strategy by coordinating with the Pursuits team, managing communication of opportunities, and optimizing pursuit processes. You will contribute to making a tangible difference in public services within a collaborative environment.

• Manage public sector pursuit workflow from identification to tracking
• Coordinate with the wider Pursuits team and manage opportunity communication
• Optimize pursuit processes and identify areas for streamlining
• Deliver sales pipeline data and strategic insights for forecasting and decision-making
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• 2-4 years of experience in bid support, project coordination, or business development administration
