Product Lead, The Pharmacy Hub Platform

The Pharmacy Hub is seeking a Product Lead to own the roadmap for their Bond OS platform, which aims to create a unified operating system for patient-centric care delivery. This role involves defining product strategy, leading client and user discovery, directing AI/ML product initiatives, and ensuring high-quality product execution.

• Own the Bond OS roadmap across patient, provider, clinic/admin, order, prescription, commerce, API, analytics, operations, and AI/ML surfaces
• Translate client, user, clinical, operational, and technical insight into clear product direction
• Partner with engineering on API contracts, schemas, state machines, validation behavior, performance, reliability, and integration boundaries
• Partner with design on high-craft workflows that reduce cognitive load and make complex
• Define and protect the core primitives of Bond OS
• Lead applied AI/ML product direction for the platform
