Manufacturing Product Manager

As a Manufacturing Product Manager at RTX, you will be instrumental in coordinating manufacturing activities and ensuring the timely integration of materials and labor to meet production schedules. This role offers significant opportunities to develop skills in operations management, technical operations, and leadership within a dynamic aerospace and defense environment. You will serve as the primary interface across various operational value streams and lead efforts for engineering change orders and cost reduction initiatives.

• Coordinate manufacturing schedules with cross-functional teams
• Support manufacturing operations strategy and implement best practices
• Lead cost reduction initiatives for recurring and new business
• Drive tactical and strategic discussions to achieve results
• Manage program development phases from execution to close-out
• Act as primary interface across operation value streams

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
