Technical Program Manager

Visa is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead and execute projects within the Risk and Security team. This role involves driving quality and velocity of technology, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions related to risk management and authentication.

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of projects and Agile/Kanban teams
• Coach teams through the software development lifecycle using Agile and Lean practices
• Drive planning, dependency, and risk management
• Develop metrics and reports to track team progress and goals
• Ensure compliance with Visa's Project Management Methodology
• Facilitate solutions for security vulnerabilities and track remediation
