Senior Program Manager

Saab is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the profitable execution of commercial programs within our Ground & Air Segment. You will be accountable for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of your assigned program portfolio, managing risks and opportunities, and developing competitive proposals. This role offers the opportunity to grow customer relationships and deploy innovative technology in the air traffic monitoring space.

• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned program portfolio
• Establish and control program budgets and schedules
• Identify and manage program risks and opportunities
• Develop competitive proposals and collaborate across functions
• Grow customer relationships and industry partnerships
• BA/BS degree and 12+ years experience, OR MA/MS degree and 10+ years’ experience, OR PhD degree and 8+ years’ experience

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
