Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will support North American Product Managers in managing assigned product categories, with a primary focus on Lighting Controls and connected solutions. You will conduct market research, analyze product performance, and drive portfolio optimization to improve growth and margins. This role requires strong business acumen, product development experience, and the ability to independently advance workstreams in a global environment.

• Support North American Product Managers in managing product categories, focusing on Lighting Controls and connected solutions
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
• Analyze product, portfolio, pricing, and profitability performance to recommend improvements
• Drive portfolio optimization through SKU rationalization and lifecycle management
• Support new product introductions, launches, and commercialization efforts
• Develop business cases and data-driven recommendations for product and pricing decisions
