PMO Manager

DayOne is seeking a PMO Manager to establish and maintain standardized processes for project delivery within their Customer Success department. This role involves designing policies, managing customized project delivery, assessing personnel competency, and creating dashboard reports. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and leadership skills, experienced in business process design and project management methodologies.

• Establish and standardize PMO policies, processes, and procedures
• Manage customized project delivery and ensure compliance
• Assess personnel competency and develop training programs
• Collect project data and create dashboard reports for senior management
• Requires 5+ years of experience in PMO, construction project management, or related field
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills
