Senior Product Manager

Blackbaud is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and drive the product strategy for their AI and Data Platform. This role involves setting the vision and roadmap for modern data infrastructure, machine learning, and analytics, partnering closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, security, and cost-efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong product judgment and a passion for building platforms that accelerate innovation in the nonprofit sector.

• Define and execute product roadmap for Data & AI platform capabilities
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and security teams
• Develop business cases for build vs. buy decisions
• Define and track success metrics, KPIs, and OKRs
• Gather and synthesize requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Act as the voice of the customer for internal platform consumers
