Director, Product Management

Fiserv is seeking a Director of Product Management to drive product strategy and direction for the Clover platform and ecosystem, focusing on Wells Fargo. This role involves leading products through their entire lifecycle, defining requirements, and collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with merchant needs and revenue growth.

• Define product strategy, market requirements, and roadmap priorities for Clover products
• Lead products through the full lifecycle from concept to end-of-life planning
• Partner with engineering, operations, commercialization, sales, and account management teams
• Serve as subject matter expert for Clover software, hardware, and value-added services
• Analyze product performance, client feedback, and market trends
• Lead and develop team members
