Senior Manager, Technical Program Management

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Manager for Technical Program Management to lead a global TPM organization supporting AEC Construction. This role will focus on scaling TPM impact, improving portfolio governance, and driving the adoption of AI in software development. You will manage managers and TPMs across North America, EMEA, and APAC, reporting to the Chief of Staff for AEC Construction.

• Lead and develop a globally distributed TPM organization
• Guide TPMs in adopting generative AI and AI-enabled software delivery
• Own TPM portfolio governance across AEC Construction
• Oversee TPM engagement in product delivery, enterprise transformation, and platform/infrastructure
• Partner with senior Engineering, Product, and Trust stakeholders
• Define and track metrics demonstrating TPM impact
