Associate Product Analyst

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for PTC's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, focusing on Windchill Workgroup Manager. You will guide customers on configuration and best practices, manage cases, and create knowledge articles. This role involves collaborating with global teams and identifying product improvements to accelerate customer digital transformation.
