Engineering Program Manager

Globalfoundries is seeking a driven Engineering Program Manager to lead the development and production of complex analog and mixed-signal IC products. This role requires driving execution across global, cross-functional teams at the intersection of engineering, product, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record of delivering complex programs.

• Own end-to-end program execution for silicon, IP, and package development
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, including risks and critical paths
• Lead cross-functional coordination across design, manufacturing, and quality teams
• Establish execution discipline through rigorous tracking and governance
• Proactively identify and mitigate program risks and bottlenecks
• Provide clear, data-driven status reporting to leadership
