Sr Technical Program Manager

Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join their Business Operations team. This role will drive communication, optimize processes, and provide thought leadership to ensure Quality Engineering and Technology Enablement tools teams deliver business impact. You will act as a strategic partner to engineering leaders, manage projects, and apply agile best practices in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Drive communication and optimize processes for Quality Engineering and Technology Enablement teams
• Act as a strategic thought partner to engineering directors and technical leads
• Monitor team progress and proactively communicate status updates
• Apply project management expertise and agile best practices (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Manage multiple concurrent technical projects in a fast-paced environment
• Work with distributed teams and understand software development principles
