Product Director

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of new digital products for Avis, Budget, and Zipcar's mobility platform. This role owns innovation initiatives from concept to launch, focusing on improving customer experience and business outcomes. You will also build and mentor a team of product managers.

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovation product lines
• Lead cross-functional teams through agile product delivery
• Identify and evaluate emerging mobility and travel-tech trends
• Partner with Technology, Marketing, and Operations leadership
• Manage product P&L and track post-launch performance
• Hire, coach, and develop a team of product managers
