Lead technology transformation initiatives for servicing, origination, and customer portals
Serve as subject matter expert for equipment finance business processes
Manage relationships with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, data strategy, and risk standards
5+ years of experience in Equipment Finance or related disciplines
