- Support customer lifecycle activities from pre-construction through post-delivery
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and tracking tools
- Assist with pre-sales and contract review coordination
- Track change requests and support customer communications
- Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and assist with status reporting
