Senior Technical Program Manager

Visa is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of complex systems within their Product/Project Management function. This role involves defining requirements, overseeing system architecture, and providing both project management and technical leadership. The position requires proficiency with emerging technologies like Generative AI and a data-oriented approach to drive decisions.

• Oversee requirement definitions, functional specifications, database design, and technical architecture
• Lead unit and systems testing and development activities
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, analyze trends, and use data to drive decisions
• Build and implement governance processes from scratch
• Provide project management and technical leadership across multiple projects
• Build POCs, dashboards, skills, and agents using Generative AI tooling
