Senior Program Manager

As a Senior Program Manager at RTX, you will be the primary owner for the FlightSense contract, managing customer satisfaction, operational, and financial performance. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure contractual commitments are met, identify and mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and program profitability.

• Serve as central point of contact and program owner for FlightSense contract
• Own customer satisfaction, operational, and financial performance
• Ensure contractual service levels are achieved and sustained
• Lead program governance and performance management cadence
• Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and contractual risks
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
