Senior Technical Project Manager

Manage new product development and lifecycle management projects for Continence Care, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with development processes.

• Project manage and deliver high priority projects on time and within scope/budget
• Lead project teams for low and medium complexity projects
• Support higher complexity projects and learn from experienced team members
• Create detailed project plans and establish realistic milestones
• Establish effective communication and stakeholder management plans
• Manage compliance with Design Control and Business processes
