Product Manager – AI Product Engineering

Guidepoint is seeking a Product Manager to drive the development and improvement of AI-powered products within their expert network operations. This role focuses on product operations, workflow automation, and AI adoption, requiring close collaboration with users and engineering teams to enhance internal tools and processes.

• Support build, rollout, and improvement of AI-powered products
• Work at the intersection of product management, operations, and AI adoption
• Translate user needs and data into product requirements and improvements
• Partner with engineering, QA, and UX for timely product delivery
• Track product adoption, usage, and operational impact
• Communicate product updates and gather feedback across teams
