Lead critical technical programs and drive platform transformations at Capital One. • Lead programs delivering critical business goals and large-scale products/platforms
• Advance the TPM discipline through industry knowledge and mentorship
• Establish operating mechanisms, maturity models, and tooling for TPMs
• Drive program roadmaps, technical solutions, and dependency alignment
• Influence technology leaders on data-driven tradeoffs for speed, cost, and resiliency
• Define and ensure accountability for measurable platform success outcomes
