About this role
Roche is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join their Global Customer Support team. You will be the main point of contact for GCS key capabilities within Lab Insights, co-developing product support and global affiliate documentation. This role involves leading the product lifecycle from a support and service perspective and contributing to the mid- to long-term strategy of GCS Roche Information Solutions.
What we are looking for
6- Act as GCS Project Leader for support and service deliverables in new product development
- Lead the entire Product Life Cycle E2E from a support and service perspective
- Coordinate with Chapters to aggregate LCT needs and advance Network priorities
- Lead and empower a small Product Support & Training Squad
- Act as a role model for Agile Leadership behaviors
- Craft and implement key aspects of GCS strategy
