6- Manage FORGE Engineering Cell study program schedule, milestones, and deliverables
- Integrate engineering outputs into unified design basis documents
- Incorporate basic data into cost and schedule estimates
- Identify and resolve conflicts between workstreams
- Support government stakeholder deliverables with project documentation
- Track risks, open questions, and design decisions
