Project Manager

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to lead day-to-day project management activities for commercial construction projects. This hybrid role involves supporting project executives, developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and managing vendor and contractor interactions. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage risk and ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery.

• Support project executives on multiple projects
• Develop scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects
• Identify and address project risks
• Coordinate and negotiate with contractors and vendors
• Track project schedule against critical path
• Prepare and update project status reports
