Associate Director, Translational Program Manager (Immunology, Cardiovascular, and Neuroscience)

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a motivated Associate Director, Translational Program Manager to support the Immunology, Cardiovascular, and Neuroscience (ICN) Disease Team. This role involves managing complex late-phase portfolio assets and facilitating integrated biomarker plans to ensure the effective execution of translational development plans.

• Collaborate with Translational Medicine Lead to design and execute program timelines
• Integrate scientific and operational expertise for translational biomarker strategies
• Oversee key activities including data delivery, contracting, and vendor management
• Manage cross-functional relationships and facilitate meetings
• Proactively manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Drive contract and fiscal management for project activities
