Digital Product Manager

As a Digital Product Owner, you will translate business needs into prioritized product work to enhance Medicare sales, enrollment, and agent experiences. You will partner with business and technology teams to define requirements, guide Agile delivery, and ensure solutions deliver measurable customer and business value. This role is key to simplifying healthcare for individuals, families, and communities.

• Translate business, customer, and regulatory needs into product requirements
• Partner with business and technology teams to define requirements
• Guide Agile delivery and ensure solutions deliver value
• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management
• 3+ years of experience working with Agile teams
• Experience in health insurance, particularly Medicare Advantage, is preferred
