Sr. Technical Program Manager

Yahoo is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive business and operational effectiveness within the CTO Transformation, Strategy & Operations organization. This role requires technical depth to understand system architecture, identify risks, and translate complex initiatives into executable plans. You will partner across engineering, finance, and business teams to improve technology service planning, management, and scaling.

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from strategy through execution
• Support financial strategy and operational planning for Central Technology
• Partner with Finance, FinOps, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams on cloud cost optimization
• Drive operational excellence initiatives with scalable processes and governance
• Identify opportunities to automate manual operational workflows using AI
• Translate technical initiatives into clear execution plans for technical and executive audiences
