As a Project Manager at Ontic, you will lead multiple projects supporting our aerospace manufacturing operations, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project plans, resources, risks, and priorities, driving initiatives like work transfers and new product introductions. What we are looking for 6
- Lead multiple projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Manage work transfer, new product introduction, and operational improvement projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities
- Maintain project governance, documentation, and stakeholder communications
- 3-8 years of project management experience in aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing
