Asst. Director, Technical Software Engineering Project Management

Enterprise Community Partners seeks an Assistant Director, Technical Project Management to lead high-impact platform projects including Salesforce, custom development, and integrations. This role requires translating business needs into executable plans, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and influencing cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide platform projects
• Manage project governance across scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans
• Oversee onshore and offshore delivery partners
• Coordinate Agile and technical delivery practices
• 8-10 years of technical project management experience, including Salesforce
