Program Manager 3

Manage the cost, schedule, and technical performance of commercial Contract Research and Development programs and lead special projects. You will serve as the primary customer interface, leading program reviews and managing risks. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and program management fundamentals to drive successful outcomes.

• Manage program cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Lead special projects for high-rate commercial programs
• Serve as primary customer interface for program activities
• Establish and manage program milestones and monitor adherence
• Identify program risks and opportunities and obtain solutions
• Direct and manage assigned employees from technical, operations, and administrative functions

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
