About this role
New Era Technology is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 6-month contract role to support IT and Construction projects. This remote position focuses on planning, scheduling, tracking progress, and ensuring quality for work orders, while adhering to SLAs and KPIs.
What we are looking for
6- Support project management activities for IT & Construction projects
- Coordinate tasks, manage schedules, and communicate with stakeholders
- Track and close-out work orders, ensuring documentation and billing accuracy
- Monitor work order performance and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills required
- Familiarity with project management tools and operations management principles
