Project Manager

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to support day-to-day project management activities for real estate projects. This hybrid role involves working with internal and external stakeholders, developing project scopes and schedules, managing risks, coordinating vendors, and tracking project performance. The position requires 5+ years of construction project management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Support project executives on multiple projects
• Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects
• Identify and address project risks, logistics, budget, and scope concerns
• Coordinate and track Vendor RFPs
• Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
• Prepare project status reports and process invoices
