Business Analyst, IT PMO

As a Business Analyst within the IT PMO, you will be instrumental in driving digital, IT, and clinical transformation initiatives across Scarborough Health Network. You will partner with project managers and stakeholders to translate complex needs into actionable requirements, ensuring solutions are safe, effective, and aligned with organizational standards. This role is key to optimizing workflows and supporting the delivery of innovative healthcare solutions.

• Elicit, document, and validate business, clinical, and technical requirements
• Develop requirements artifacts for solution design, procurement, and delivery
• Analyze current-state workflows and identify optimization opportunities
• Partner with clinical leaders and operational teams
• Bridge between business users and technical teams
