Senior Program Manager

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges and drive engineering development and implementation processes. You will manage project lifecycles, develop schedules and budgets, identify risks, and mentor less experienced staff. This role requires a strategic thinker who can independently manage projects and ensure adherence to product roadmaps and schedules.

• Lead cross-functional program teams for engineering development and implementation
• Manage moderate to high complexity projects, including reporting and planning
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Identify and mitigate program risks, reporting to executive management
• Guide and mentor less-experienced team members
• Utilize Agile methodologies and project management tools
