Senior Product Manager

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end website experience for their AI CRM platform, focusing on customer interactions with their AI SDR, Piper. This role involves defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging AI tools to drive innovation in B2B marketing.

• Own and evolve Piper on the website, leading the end-to-end visitor experience
• Develop a clear product roadmap by identifying opportunities and translating ideas into requirements
• Partner deeply with design, engineering, AI, marketing, sales, and customer teams
• Define and monitor key success metrics for the website experience
• Leverage AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle
• Requires 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience and AI fluency
