Program Manager

Agilon Health is seeking a Program Manager to lead critical projects from planning through execution. This role involves hands-on collaboration with various stakeholders to implement innovative programs and operational processes within a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will manage the full project lifecycle, conduct analyses, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses for performance improvement
• Establish and maintain corporate project management methodology
• Create and communicate project milestone documents and dashboards
• Provide project management support with minimal oversight
• Negotiate with stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks
