What we are looking for

Program-manage product and technical initiatives from scoping through launch
Own program delivery, including project plans, dependency mapping, and risk mitigation
Translate business needs into clear requirements for product and engineering teams
Lead Product & Tech operating rhythms like quarterly planning and roadmap reviews
Strengthen feedback loops and communication between Product & Tech and cross-functional teams
Drive data-informed decisions and evaluate initiative performance
