Senior Manager Product

Equifax is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of their income and employment verification products in India. This role involves building automated, API-first solutions to replace manual processes and requires expertise in B2B SaaS, payroll systems, and HR software integrations within the FinTech, HR-Tech, and RegTech sectors.

• Define and execute localized product strategy for income and employment verification in India
• Build automated, API-first verification products
• Drive integrations with HRMS, payroll processors, and gig-economy platforms
• Design and optimize developer-friendly verification APIs and UI workflows
• Collaborate with Sales and Growth teams on pricing and positioning
• Act as a domain expert for banking and enterprise clients
