Principal Product Manager (Technology)

Lead product strategy and execution for DaVita’s Corporate Systems and Atlas Digital Transformation platforms. You will partner with business leaders to identify key problems, conduct rigorous discovery, and deliver impactful digital solutions that streamline operations and improve the teammate experience. This role requires a human-centered mindset, strong business acumen, and cross-functional leadership across complex enterprise platforms.

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Corporate Systems within the Atlas ecosystem
• Lead product discovery through user research, problem framing, and validation experiments
• Serve as a strategic partner to corporate business leaders, driving consensus and decision-making
• Drive end-to-end delivery through cross-functional leadership with engineering and vendors
• Manage product governance, investment, and operational rigor
• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on enterprise outcomes
