About this role

T-Mobile is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the AI enablement product for GenAI tools. You will develop training, curriculum, and communication strategies to help employees become proficient with AI tools, managing the enablement process as a product with a focus on adoption data and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for

Own AI enablement product vision, roadmap, and backlog
Design and maintain curriculum and learning paths for GenAI tools
Plan and execute rollout communications for AI tool launches
Operate and manage the champion network program
Measure adoption and effectiveness, driving continuous improvement
Partner with HR L&D on delivery while owning AI content
