About this role

RXO is seeking a Product Manager to enhance our digital marketplace, Connect Premium Plus, which connects shippers and carriers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver features that improve user experience and drive value for both sides of the marketplace. This role requires a strong understanding of product development lifecycles and marketplace dynamics.

What we are looking for

Own and manage the feature backlog and roadmap for Connect Premium Plus
Gather customer and stakeholder input to define product requirements
Partner with Engineering and Design through the full SDLC
Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities and measure performance
Balance needs of shippers and carriers in product prioritization
3+ years of product management experience, including marketplace products
